We went to visit Mamaw and Grandpa Steve for Labor Day in Helen, GA. They took us on a hike, swam in a pool, and ate some really good food. :-) We all had lots of FUN!

2 Year Wellness Exam

It's that time of life again where mama takes me in to the doctors office for them to poke and listen to me. I really don't mind that much. I just wanted to get it done with and leave, but mama and the doctor kept talking about my "abilities"...you know, what I can do and what I'm not doing quite yet. Well...we found out that I'm 35" tall and wiegh 30 lbs. I'm on the 75th percentile for both height and weight, SO I'm good :-) I didn't have to get any shots and the next scheduled visit is when I turn 3! (pending any illnesses). SO, all is well.

"Happy Birthday" Video

2nd Birthday!!

After mama talked about it for a whole week, it finally came, and "holy cow" what an amazing birthday party I had!! My Uncle Tony got here Thursday night and Amie and Justin arrived Friday night (so I'm told, I was sleeping when they all got in) ;-) BUT, on saturday, after I woke up from my nap, is when all the festivities began. A lot of my friends came over and we had so much fun. The pool was out and the sandbox that my mamaw gave me last year. Everyone brought food over too. And then it was time for the BIRTHDAY CAKE (which is all I talked about for a week....Thank you Amie and Justin). Mama was a little unsure about what I would do when everyone sang the "Happy Birthday" song, but I lit up, laughed, smiled and thought it was the most wonderful thing to have all those people singing to me. And if all that wasn't enough, I got some really great (and BIG) birthday presents!! Thanks everyone!!

Last Road Trip Before I Turn 2!

My Uncle Tony and Mama took me on my last road trip before turning 2 years old. We went to Lake City to see my Abuelita. I had a really great time. Here are more pictures.

Bele Chere Weekend

What a FUN weekend!! Not only was my Uncle Tony, Amie, and Mamaw here, but it was also Bele Chere. I don't even know where to begin. It was all so much fun. And I got to eat some really good food :-) Oh, and I had my last month birthday before I turn 2!! I am really excited about the party mom keeps talking about.

We just got back from a long weekend in Hilton Head, SC. It was a lot of fun going to the beach and swimming in the ocean. Mama had to work some, but we all still enjoyed our trip. On the way back home, I got to see my Uncle Tony too, who was in Charlotte for the weekend.

4th of July...on the Farm

Since mama had the day off, we drove over to Virginia and spent the day at Maw's farm. Dada picked up some sparklers and other fireworks on the way over. We had a BIG dinner at Uncle Eddie's too and then stayed out late to watch the fireworks. :-)
