First Day of Summer and First Waterfall Hike

Today is my first official day of summer vacation. Mom and I spent it outside hiking to waterfalls. We did a 9.25 mile hike seeing Triple Falls, High Falls, Dense Lake, Bridal Veil Falls, and back down to Hooker Falls. We had sunshine, clouds, rain, some more clouds, and even a little more sunshine. It was a long hike but we had a wonderful time.

Last Day of 4th Grade

Today was my very last day of 4th grade. I am now officially a rising 5th grader. To celebrate mom took me to dinner at El Que Pasa. We even got dessert.

End of 4th Grade

This afternoon the entire 4th grade went to the park for an end of the year cookout and celebration. We also had our award ceremony.

Hiking Catawba Falls

Mom, Alexander and I took Daddy out to Catawba Falls today. He had never been :-)

Happy 1st Birthday Garrison

Yesterday was Garrison's first birthday party. We drove down to Atlanta to celebrate with him, Godmama Amie and Justin. Garrision had a few of his friends over and was having a blast in his playroom. We all sang "Happy Birthday" to Garrison but he did not like his cake, AT ALL. We stayed the night and got up the next morning for some more playtime in our pj's. Thanks for having us Godmama Amie and Happy Birthday Garrison!!

Mina celebrated her birthday with a sleepover party and it was a BLAST!!!!!

We did lots of super fun activities, made pizza, had cake, and watched movies.

Today was the summer bowling kickoff at AMF Bowling Alley. I hope to play many more games this summer :-)

Spring Break 2015

Yesterday we got back from our Spring Break vacation. We started our journey Sunday afternoon and met up with Uncle Tony and Abuelita for dinner and ice cream in Jacksonville for Uncle Tony's Birthday. Afterward we drove a bit more and stayed the night at a hotel. Monday we drove the last three hours down to Pompano Beach. We got there and checked into the condo and wasted no time getting out to the beach and pool. Tuesday was Mommy's Birthday. We slept in a bit while Mommy went on a beach birthday run. After Daddy made us a big breakfast we were off for more beach, pool, and splash pad fun. Uncle Keith met us that night and we all went out for dinner and back to condo for some birthday cake. Wednesday we headed up to Abuelita's house and got there just in time for dinner. Thursday was a lazy day, and Friday Daddy took me canoeing for some Daddy Daughter time while Mommy, Uncle, and Abuelita went to Gainesville to hang out and do some strawberry picking. Saturday we went to the Easter Eggstravanganza and had lunch and dinner with friends before going to the Easter Vigil at Epiphany. Sunday we woke up and saw that the Easter Bunny had hidden all our Easter eggs so we went on a search for them and our Easter baskets. After Easter Sunday Mass there was an Egg Hunt for the kiddos. We got a ton of eggs and inside was….candy! Monday morning we got up and made the drive back home for school (and work for Mommy and Daddy) on Tuesday. We had such a fantastic time and have lots of wonderful pictures, here are a few of them…
