New Years Eve

We went downtown to go play in the snow. It was pretty "cool". I got to stand in it (with some help ofcourse).

Afterward we went home. Tommy and Shannon, and Amie and Justin came over to celebrate the new year with us.

I got to stay up late and watch the ball drop!!

CHRISTMAS!!!!!!

Where do I even begin?!?!?! Today was....magical? Is that the right word? There was a tree with lots of gifts from Santa, Mom, Dad, Mamaw and Grandpa, Uncle Tony and Abuelita, Uncle Keith and Aunt Elizabeth.....I've never seen anything like it! Not even on my month birthdays. Uncle Tony and Abuelita came up from Florida to spend the day with me. My Grandpa Anderson came up too. We opened gifts for the longest time. I even took a little nap :) I got lots of clothes and toys! I must have been a really good girl this year ;)

First Thanksgiving at the Farm

We went to the farm today to celebrate Thanksgiving with my Maw. It was pretty cool. I saw my first cow. Maw had a few of them on her farm. Thanksgiving was great. I only got to watch people eat though :( I can't wait to go back to the farm again!

My First Snow Fall

It was so amazing tonight! We were all going out and when we stepped out the door...it was snowing!!! Good thing I had my fleece bundle on. Mom had to take a picture to document this...

My Baptism

Today was an experience! Mom and dad took me to the Basilica of St. Lawrence, where we go to mass on Sunday, and told me I was going to get baptised today. Mom explained it all to me and she told me that I was going to have holy water put on my head. I wasn't excited about the idea, but I was up for it. WELL...first mom puts in this dress, which was REALLY pretty (my Uncle Tony and Abuelita bought it for me), and then we go up to the front of the church and the priest is talking for awhile. Well it all sounded like stories to me so naturally I started dozing off and right when I fall asleep mom moves me around in her arms and the next thing I know, Fr. Thomas is pouring cold water right on my face. It was not as pleasent as mom had described. I let everyone know that I was not happy. After I calmed down though and the service was over we took some pictures and I fell right to sleep. Ah...the life of a baby.

Play Gym

WOW! I'm a little over two months old now! My parents can't believe it.

To stay fit these days I play in my play gym :)

Halloween

I'm the Great Pumpkin this year for Halloween. Mom was Lucy and dad was Linus. We went to the mall to go trick-or-Treating and we were a big hit. It was fun to see all the kids dressed up in other costumes. Afterward we went to Kenilworth to see all the real pumpkins.

Baby Shower

Since I was born on the day of my baby shower, one of my mom and dad's friends thought it would be nice to give us one now. I had lots of fun I feel asleep by the time the gift opening happened.

Bundle Up It's A Cold One

Tonight my mommy and daddy had to go grocery shopping and it's really cold outside, so I had to get buddled up in my cold weather outfit. It's a good thing that my friend Juliana gave this to me. It fits so perfectly and it's nice and warm. I'm looking forward to the car ride to the store to. I'll be alseep before we leave our driveway.

My First Days Home

I am home!
Mom and Dad have been GREAT!
I sleep most of the day and they keep me swaddled. I don't like it though. I always manage to "escape" and then they try to swaddle me again.I've got to keep my parents on their toes ;)

August 27, 2005 The Day I Was Born!

Around 4:00 am on Friday morning I decided that I'd come out of my mommies belly a little early...so I started the process. Mom and dad got to the hospital around 10:00 am. A couple hours later I decided that it was to much work and took a nap ;). Mom had to get and epidural and pitocin, after which she took a nap. I then decided that I'd better finish what I started. I was born at 2:46 am on Saturday, August 27, 2005. At first I thought it was really cold and bright, but then I realized that I get to see my mom and dad and they get to hold me. It's been great! Here are a few pictures....

This one Amie took of me after just seconds of being out. The nurse lady was cleaning me up and getting stuff out of my nose and eyes.
